Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have acknowledged the payment confirmation. Refund or Return Policy The returned goods/products must be attached together with its original receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Axtrada (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (751113-A) will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 3 to 5 working days.
